# Replies and Conversations

The whole point of a campaign is to start real conversations — so when a prospect replies, you want to catch it fast and take it from there yourself.

## Your replies dashboard

When a prospect responds, the reply is flagged in your **replies dashboard**. That's your signal that a warm conversation is waiting, so a good lead never slips through the cracks.

From there, you step in and reply as yourself. The campaign's job was to open the door and earn the response; the conversation that follows is yours to carry.

## Handling a reply well

A few habits make these conversations convert:

- **Respond quickly.** The sooner you reply, the better the conversation tends to go — momentum matters once someone has written back.
- **Keep it human.** Match the casual, peer-to-peer tone the opener set. This isn't the moment for a formal pitch.
- **Move one step at a time.** Answer what they asked, build a little trust, and let the next step (a resource, a call) come naturally.
